Delivery and Returns

Stars Sky currently provides a free digital star map on the English version of the website. No printed product is sold on stars-sky.online at this stage.

1. Delivery of the digital product

• The product is delivered by email as a high-resolution file.
• The file is sent to the email address entered during checkout.
• Delivery usually happens within a few minutes after the request is submitted.
• If the email address was entered incorrectly, contact support for a resend.

2. Returns and corrections

• The map is generated from the information entered by the user.
• If the delivered file is missing or technically broken, we will resend or regenerate it.
• If the issue was caused by incorrect data entered by the user, a corrected file may be issued upon request.
• Because the English version is currently free, no monetary refund policy applies.
